Who We Are
Felipe Fornaziere has 15 years of experience in Corporate Venture Capital and innovation, having held leadership roles across multiple companies, industries, and countries. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and a master's degree from KTH – Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden). He is currently the Managing Partner of Citrino Ventures.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica at USP. He began his career as an intern and later as a Junior Analyst in Strategic Finance at Johnson & Johnson, participating in the valuation of over 40 innovation projects across Latam. He also worked as a Business Planning Analyst at Cargill, responsible for performance analysis and planning for the Dressings & Oils division.
Graduated in Economics from Insper. He began his career as an intern at Pantalica Partners, a strategic consultancy focused on Distressed Assets, and later became an Investment Analyst at Bossanova, where he was responsible for sourcing and analyzing investments in Brazil.
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from UFSCar. He participated in several extension groups during his studies. He was a member of the People Management team at the Industrial Engineering Academic Center, coordinator of Operação Natal (a volunteer project with over 220 members) where he led a team of 18 people, and a member of the São Carlos Entrepreneurship League, developing projects for the city's innovation ecosystem.
Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He started his career as an FP&A intern at Grupo Uni.co, responsible for financial performance analysis of the Imaginarium brand. He then worked as an FP&A intern at Ambev, participating in the company's financial results closing and working on Revenue Management initiatives. Still at Ambev, he became a Senior Analyst in FP&A focused on the company's partnerships area.
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from Poli-USP, he began his career at startups such as SoluCX, ChatClass, and Stanti, working across product, operations, and growth. More recently, he worked at Scala Capital, a Search Fund focused on acquiring a single B2B SaaS company, where he analyzed over 50 investment opportunities. He joined Citrino in 2025.
Extensive experience in financial markets, having worked at Banco Santander, Arthur Andersen, and Grupo Cosan, where he spent 13 years. He served on the Board of Rumo Logística and on the Finance and Investment Committee of Associação Samaritano (a healthcare endowment fund). He is currently the Head of Citrino Gestão de Recursos.
Deep expertise in the agricultural sector, with experience at Cosan, Vale, and Brazil's Ministry of Agriculture. He served as CEO of Phosfaz, a mining company owned by BTG Pactual, and is currently responsible for illiquid investments at Citrino Gestão.
